AI Fluency Program
Six sessions that change how your team works.
Six live sessions, delivered privately for your team and tailored to your business. Built to make your people measurably better at the work they already do.
The program
Your people have access to AI tools. Many of them aren't using those tools in any meaningful way, and the ones who are could be getting far more out of them. This program fixes that.
Six one-hour sessions, delivered live over Zoom or Teams, built around real-world business examples and techniques that work. Every session includes dedicated discussion time. Your team walks out with skills they use the next day, not slides they forget by Friday.
The first three sessions build the foundation: how to prompt well, how to use AI on real work, and how to know when to trust the output. The final three go deeper, turning AI from a chat window into a tool that runs actual workflows for your team. Your facilitator is available by email for follow-up questions throughout the program.

Curriculum
The first three build a strong foundation. The last three turn AI into something that actually runs workflows.
Phase I · Sessions 01–03
What AI can do for your business, how to ask for what you need, and how to apply it to real work: contracts, reports, decisions, customer communications, and sales processes. Your team learns what to trust, what to verify, and how to get results worth using.
What we cover
Prompting · Document analysis · Summarization · Brainstorming · Verification
01
SESSIONHonest framing, and the first wins.
An honest look at what AI is, how it works, and where it falls short. We answer the questions your team is already asking, then move straight into hands-on prompting: web research, summarizing, brainstorming, and rewriting drafts for tone and clarity.
02
SESSIONThe techniques that change the answer.
Roles, personas, format control, multi-step decomposition, iterative refinement, and the AI interview technique. The move from a one-line ask to a structured brief, with output your team can trust and use.
03
SESSIONDocuments, images, data, decisions.
Document analysis, image and screenshot input, data and spreadsheet work, email workflows, and decision frameworks. Hallucinations and verification get the full treatment so your team knows what to trust and what to double-check.
Phase II · Sessions 04–06
Move AI out of a chat window and into the shape of your team's day. Identify the repetitive work that's eating hours, then build a branded skill your team keeps and runs after the program ends.
What we cover
Projects · Memory · Browser · Skills · Connectors · Automation
04
SESSIONAI, in the shape of your team's day.
Projects for persistent context, memory for preferences, mobile and voice for work on the go, and browser extensions that bring AI into whatever your team is already looking at. AI stops being a separate browser tab.
05
SESSIONFrom chatbot to agent. Real files out.
Identify automation candidates inside your business, then build a branded skill live during the session — one your team keeps, adapts, and runs after the program ends.
06
SESSIONA plan for staying current.
Connect AI to the tools your team already uses, set up scheduled tasks that run without supervision, and explore what's possible with image, audio, and video generation. We close with a concrete plan for staying current after the program ends.

Live, focused, and built around your team's actual work — not a recorded course they'll never finish.

Founder, Radian AI Solutions
B.S. and M.A. in Economics from Western Illinois University. Brian spent the early part of his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago — first as a budget analyst, then as a senior application developer building budget systems used by all twelve Federal Reserve Banks. Three decades building data-driven applications across startups and enterprise.
Today he runs Radian AI Solutions, where he builds end-to-end AI systems for business clients in multiple industries: retrieval-augmented generation platforms, database integrations, MCP connectors, and RadianSQL — a natural-language interface that lets teams query their own databases without writing code. This program comes directly from that work.
Schedule a thirty-minute discovery call. We'll talk about your team's goals, what to expect from the program, and whether it's the right fit.
