The first three sessions build the foundation. How to ask AI for what you need, how to use it on real documents and data, and how to know when to trust the output. The last three turn AI from a chat window into a tool that runs actual workflows for your team.
Every session includes dedicated time for questions on your team's specific work. The facilitator stays available by email between sessions for follow-up. Your people walk out with techniques they use the next day, not slides they forget by Friday.
What it covers
Phase I (Sessions 01 to 03) is the foundation: prompting, document and data analysis, verification, and trust. Phase II (Sessions 04 to 06) turns AI into workflows: projects, automation, and a branded skill your team keeps and runs after the program ends.
